Endless Possibilities 1st verse I threw your records out the window Then bolted down the stairs I had no time to think About the perfume left in my hair Come and find me When you’re ready to blow my mind Everything’s hectic But at least I paid rent on time 1st Pre Chorus Dodging Traffic Feeling manic As I run to the show Back door entrance I’m electric Standing under the glow Chorus Endless Possibilities But I want more Say to me you know That I’m not ready Take your pictures baby Please just let me go Say to me you know That I’m not ready 2nd Verse I shuffled through the curtains Knowing they’d want me back for more Picked up the broken piece of Rose colored glasses on the floor Found the afterparty Why should I wait in line? No more friendly faces Tell me is this a sign? 2nd pre-chorus Missing magic Kind of tragic Nothing’s left to be seen Unattractive Sentimental Caught somewhere in between Bridge But I’m not on the road I’m stuck inside at home Dreaming of what used to be In some other life A chance to spend one night Up on stage I’m waiting for you in the spotlight

Watercolors 05:04
1st verse Today, I saw you on the lawn Faked a smile and waved Traveled home to lie in bed Pretend it’s okay I’ve been tripping over other peoples shoes And their opinions too I’m Skipping classes to get high & watch cartoons Every second gone too soon 1st chorus I want you to know I Found Out Don’t wanna see you go It’s not too late 2nd verse Stare Out into the crowd I don’t see your face Just another therapy that’s Ready to be replaced And if you really want to know the truth I’m lying Wearing colors that don’t reflect within Wish that somebody would come to stoke the fire Feed the flames cause im ready to start again [Disco] 2nd chorus I want you to know I Found Out Don’t wanna see you go We can learn how to change Bridge People are told That it should go unspoken Figure it out It’s all your fault you’re broken Stare in the mirror And try to paint a smile Hold back the tears Another missing child Scream at the wall Serve your prison sentence Shave your head bald To get your own attention Drowning alone Beneath the heavy water Pulling my head out to breathe 3rd verse Hey I saw you by the pond Call me when you’re free I’m barely holding on 3rd chorus I want you to know I Found Out Don’t wanna see you go We can learn how to change

3437 Bates St 1st verse Your picture hangs Right by my window I’ve slept for days But still feel drained by This empty space As your replacement I wilt away In winter’s white shade Then you appear In misty silence A calming wave That crashes through me Absorb that smile Into my mirror Lose track of time In summer’s warm daze PRECHORUS Steeped in sunny afternoons Those hazy halos play their tune all night Wish I could see you past the dawning light Nobody else can tell you what feels right That even when days are cold it’s nights like these that CHORUS Make you wonder Why your lightning Leads the Thunder Reunited for the anniversary Of your return to set me free I miss your laughter We could write Another chapter Furled in fleece just Draw the curtains Let my arms surround you 2ND VERSE You hit the switch The door is closing The settled dust Creeping into view Please Unpack your suitcase And rest your head Next to your old(est) friend BRIDGE Every moment you’re away With weighted absence I see right through your quilted kindness Do you think you’re *Ready* to move on Who’s gonna love you when you’re gone PRECHORUS LAST CHORUS Make you wonder Why your lightning Leads the Thunder Reunited for the anniversary But now I’ve learned to set you free I miss your laughter We could write Our final chapter Furled in fleece just Draw the curtains one last time And pour your troubles into mine For the anniversary of your return to set me free Draw the curtains let my arms surround you

1st verse i’m staring it down watching the clouds rise up over my outstretched arms turn off the lights Debbie play something slow on your twelve string guitar lay on the ground watching the shadows dance across the kitchen floor just for tonight feels like we never left the world outside our door Pre-chorus ‘cause every time i fall apart it shows so i just need to stop and let you know that there’s no better way to waste my time Chorus i didn’t know that i could get this high seeking out the silver in the sky feel like floating back to you i don’t ever wanna let go heaven knows how many things i’ve tried to make the corners of our life collide show me every way you move i don’t ever wanna let go 2nd verse Wake from a trance Shielding my eyes from raindrops Falling in the streets Spin me around Show me the strength it takes To sweep me off my feet Final Pre-chorus (after synth solo) And every time I fall apart it shows So I just need to stop and let you know I never felt complete when left alone But deeply share the roots that we have grown So Grab a bottle from the highest shelf To take me out from underneath myself There’s no better way to waste my time

First Verse Light, under my eyes, forming a lake I dive away Soft, tangerine sky, but I’m not around Lost in the gaze First Pre-Chorus I don’t know where I am going But maybe that’s setting me free Searching for some way of knowing The sweetness that falls from the tree First Chorus I wanted to know that Time’s not here to waste away Looking back you’ll say the same Clouds may cover the peaks But step inside your eyes Look to the open sky Second Verse Lush, lavender grove The roots underground Expand without sound Tangled in sleep, I turn to the east At dawn’s edge a rising sun speaks Second Pre-Chorus I don’t know where I am going But maybe that’s setting me free Sit by a river that’s flowing With sweetness that falls from a tree Second Chorus I wanted to know that Time’s not here to waste away Looking back you’ll say the same Clouds may cover the peaks But step inside your eyes Cause there’s a brighter sky *** 2nd part *** I needed to stand back Peer into the light of day Paint a picture in the frame Clouds water the seeds So step into your eyes Look to the open sky Third Chorus I want you to know that Time’s not here to waste away Looking back you’ll say the same Clouds may cover the peaks But step inside your eyes Cause there’s a brighter sky *** 2nd part *** I need you to stand back Peer into the light of day Paint a picture in the frame Clouds water the seeds So step into your eyes Look to the open sky

1st verse I count the cracks in the faces on the orange moon And I dream of meeting strangers in a darkened room The futures just a phantom it fades out of my sight Im hearing cars out on the freeway in the dead of night Say the word and you’ll never have to worry Trace the stars, to guide you back to the sea Set the scene as we’re dancing with disaster Mark (Save) the flower, to guide you back home to me Chorus And the fire spreads Over the canyon Gentle heat and smoke that fills the air I keep driving Towards a distant companion Name the place and I can take you there 2nd verse I lend you my attention like it’s money for gas You know the only thing you ever have to do is ask I walked through the valley when the smoke had all cleared Just to tell you I still miss you after all of these years
7.
Phantom Phunkbooth 1st verse Let the sparks fly See the rocket go up In the night sky Hips move the rain falls Celebration Come and find me for the Invitation Last house on South Monterey If you want to We can dance together In a dark room Sweat on the stone walls Hesitation See the faces that I’ve Been away from Chorus I’m Borrowing forgotten time I Lost my reason and my rhyme But I Am chic and feeling fine Velvet jackets and wine Throw my glitter on and glide Floatin like a butterfly Above The crowd that stands below It was almost a dream Ninety degrees the summer heat Is breathing underneath our feet Go down See the sparkle that ignites Lights that bounce and collide Too hot to keep the mic alive I’ve burnt myself so many times Look on See the embers as they die 2nd verse Photographic Never out of focus Automatic Plug in and turn me on It’s electric Current flowing through me Double damage Clutching the diamonds in their prime Bridge And we Pause Cause we’re stuck at the scene of the crime my dear There’s room to relax in the back of the line my dear Mix my feelings with tequila and the juice of a lime so clear Imminent minor threat in a moment sublime my dear
8.
I Never Got To Drive The Go Karts 1st verse Let’s take a second And go to the beach Sand beneath our feet Give our eyes a front seat Clean up your mess Cause we’re leaving this time Such a perfect crime But in the back of my mind You’re wrapped in colors But you don’t look warm Threatened by the storm Overwhelmed inside Let me take you home We’ll rest together 1st Chorus Come paint me a picture Or tell me a story Show me the world That’s locked away in your head I know it’s scary It’s all been confusing I wish I could tell you Everything is okay Know that I love you And I’m here to hold you Or give you some distance So that you can feel safe It’s temporary This all will be over I just want to share a laugh with you one more Time 2nd verse A rush of blood to the head Reminds me we’re not dead As we’re lying in bed Come back to me Don’t you know who I am? Glitching out when you talk With your music lost in space Wish that I could take your place I’m Afraid to lose you Brdge I thought you said you had done this before I won’t call it in, I can’t take anymore Striking yourself just to break through the haze I need to know that you’ll still be the same 2nd chorus Hold onto me and I’ll keep you from drowning I’ll show you the world that’s right in front of your eyes I’m terrified Tell me how I can save you i need to be brave But I am desperate to cry You’ll never know How I tried to protect you You probably hate me For that shitty advice Give us a chance At the end for forgiveness You know that I love you And we both will survive
9.
1st verse In the wintertime I think of love and the turning year Drink farewell To the people with the mixed up tears In a blade of grass I see the twists and the turns of my future and my past Weep for me But only if you need Prechorus All the darkened streets and satin sheets turn to gold In a couple feet a single beat you get so old Chorus I tell you what you already know You can’t love someone until they’re too close The lilacs bloom right after the snow You can’t have everything till you go 2nd verse In the heat of noon I walked west in my battered boots To a mountain stream Drank the water and I ate the fruit In an apple seed I saw the birth and the death of the branches and the trees Weep for me But only if you need Bridge Slips right through Edge of the final page A tear

about

We have spent the past year recording their sophomore effort “Reality TV”, which showcases a new sophistication and introspection in their lyrics and songwriting. This record reflects the strange realities of growing up during the dissociative experience of social interaction through digital screens. Produced by engineer Matt Very, the band captures a new range of emotions by incorporating electronic elements and experimenting with textured soundscapes to make an album that feels beautifully disjointed and wholesome at the same time.
